IDCAresearch is a private research organization that collaborates with local and global institutions in conducting and promoting research on Brain and Aging in the Philippines. The research focus is on epidemiology, genetics, early diagnosis, and non-pharmacologic interventions for cognitive impairment that are apropos to Filipino communities.
IDCAresearch hosts researchers from the diverse fields of neuroscience – psychology, neurology, psychiatry, physics, human kinetics, genetics, geriatrics, epidemiology, applied math, imaging and neurotechnology. As a hub for researchers, it connects and directs teams towards finding ways to promote brain health and improve dementia care in the Philippines.
